In most cases efficiency and cost savings work hand-in-hand, and that is certainly the case when it comes to building management.
Johnson Controls recently updated its P2000 system software to enable it to become a more efficient solution for building management teams.
Johnson Controls says the new update enables the product line to more easily integrate with IP-based building management products. With the updated platform, electronics professionals can integrate video surveillance, access control, enterprise IT, fire, intrusion, elevator and building management. Other updates to the P2000 line of products include the ability to conceal user-defined fields on a per operator basis, and the ability to attach files to cardholder journal entries.
The updated P2000 system can be used in government buildings, corporate buildings and other properties that desire a fully integrated management solution.
